To further implement the spirit of the national Belt and Road Initiative, promote exchanges and cooperation in the internationalization of entrepreneurship education, academic seminars and study visits among Lancang-Mekong countries, and contribute to building a closer community of shared future among Lancang-Mekong countries, On the afternoon of October 21st, our college held the Inaugural Conference of Lancang-Mekong Countries Entrepreneurship Education Association and Rural Revitalization (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) Development Forum in the Jiefu Building Academic Lecture Hall. Hu Weiguo,vice president, attended the event and delivered a speech. Zheng Qingzhu,minister of the United Front Work Department, presided over the event. Representatives of Association members, teachers' representatives of brother colleges and universities, as well as representatives of relevant departments of our college and teachers and students of secondary colleges attended the event.

        At the forum, Hu Weiguo first welcomed the guests and introduced the history of the college's founding, college-running characteristics and entrepreneurship education. He pointed out that through the platform of Lancang-Mekong Countries Entrepreneurship Education Association, the six countries jointly focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, regularly share experience and wisdom, and promote mutual learning for rural revitalization in various countries. Rural revitalization cannot be achieved without the support of education. As the vice chairman unit of the Association, our college will advocate the education concept with innovation as the core, cultivate students' innovative consciousness, entrepreneurial spirit and practical ability, and commit to the cultivation of the backbone of rural revitalization. Later, Hu Weiguo awarded the letter of appointment of entrepreneurship mentor to Dr. Thitinan Chankoson, Associate professor of Srinakharinwirot University, Li Xiaochu, Executive Deputy Secretary General of Zhejiang Agricultural Maker Development Association, Gao Kehua, expert of China Rural Revitalization Think Tank Alliance, and Sun Yayun, leader of China's Rural Youth Prosperity.

In the expert sharing session, Dr. Thitinan Chankoson from Srinakharinwirot University in Thailand shared four aspects of sustainable development, global poverty, rural development and case studies with the theme of innovation and entrepreneurship development in Thailand. Li Xiaochu pointed out the opportunities and challenges of college students' entrepreneurship under the background of rural revitalization and pointed out eight misunderstandings, providing some ideas and help for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Gao Kehua from the four aspects of enterprise introduction, project introduction, development prospects, economic benefits of rural revitalization of Fujian mountain wine scale development roadshow. Sun Yayun introduced the company's background, high quality and efficient cultivation technology, special research and development of high-quality special rice varieties, etc., committed to building Lingjiatan Modern Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. into a shining pearl in China's rice industry.

The Inaugural Conference of Lancang-Mekong Countries Entrepreneurship Education Association and Rural Revitalization (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) Development Forum came to a successful conclusion, opening a new chapter for innovation and entrepreneurship education cooperation among Lancang-Mekong countries. This is not only a discussion to seize the opportunity, but also a summary of development experience, but also a collision of rural revitalization thinking, sounding the vanguard of starting again.

It is reported that the Lancang-Mekong Countries Entrepreneurship Education Association (LMCEEA) is an organization initiated by relevant universities and enterprises from China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam to help Lancang-Mekong cooperation and promote youth entrepreneurship. The Association will adhere to the concept of "development first, equality, pragmatism, efficiency, openness and inclusiveness", pursue development, promote cooperation, improve people's lives and focus on action.
